  • Validity, Refunds & Cancellations

    Sessions purchased are valid for up to two years from date of purchase. However, I am notoriously slack when it comes to these valid dates, and will probably honour your sessions for a longer period, especially if there are extenuating circumstances, just get in touch and we'll work something out :) 

    No refunds will be provided on supervision sessions.

    Cancellation of a scheduled session less than 24 hours in advance may result in full fee payment. No shows will forfeit the full fee.
