The Supervision Connection Team
We are long time colleagues and friends who are united by our passion for clinical-professional supervision and support for health and community service professionals. To be completely honest, we're both supervision nerds! With a combined experience of over 55 years - across public health, clinician education, community services, policy, leadership and private practice - we bring creativity, expertise, humanity, empathy and curiosity to our approach when working with fellow professionals. Jo Cole
Jo has been a clinical psychologist, educator and supervisor for 30 years. She has worked across health and allied health professionals, and in the community and private sectors. Jo implemented an allied health clinical supervision framework at ACT (Canberra) Health Services in her previous role as Director of Clinical Education for that organisation. She has provided supervision training to professionals in up to 30 different allied health disciplines, including physiotherapy, pharmacy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work and radiation therapists. Jo has worked closely with nursing and medical teams to support professionals across the board, and has supported a range of practitioners in the community sector including child and family workers, youth workers, and early childhood educators. Jo brings kindness, enthusiasm and a nerd-like love of clinical supervision! Jo is available for individual supervision, clinical psychology and team/service consultation.​​
